Professional Practice (PGDip)
This is an innovative and flexible course which can be tailored to meet individual or organisational needs. It aims to provide accessible and customised opportunities whilst recognising and accrediting experiential learning within the workplace.

This course will enable you to gain credits for your existing knowledge and skills, this is what we refer to as ‘experiential learning’.

What you will learn
The course is customisable to your own career path, but a typical path might include the Recognition and Accreditation of Learning Module (RAL) through which you can claim the credit for experiential learning and 20 additional credits for your reflective review. It is then highly recommended that you undertake the Research Methods module prior to undertaking a Work-based Learning Project module where you will gain research and presentation skills.

A variety of assessments will be used to challenge learners. There is a strong academic focus within the programme alongside the development of practical skills.
