This qualification is designed for learners aged 18 plus. No previous qualifications are necessary for this course, though you will be expected to demonstrate the ability to
write academically at level 3. -
There are no exams. Assessment will be via written assignments.

Additional costs include mandatory CIPD student membership and optional purchase of textbooks.
Student Membership of the CIPD costs £109 per year, plus a £40 joining fee (August 2024). -

Successful achievement of the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice will allow progression onto the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management. The qualification will enable students to apply for positions requiring level 3 CIPD status.
