42-year-old computing enthusiast Gabor Gulyas is originally from Hungary. His pursuit of academic excellence and practical experience led him to 黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 London campus and today he is graduating with a BSc in Cloud Computing.

Gabor said his passion for computing began as a youngster. In later years, seeking a programme that combined academic rigor with practical application, he said he found 黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 comprehensive curriculum and supportive learning environment the ideal setting for his graduate studies. 

鈥淚 chose this course because it offered a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience,鈥 he said. 鈥淭he modules are tailored to current industry standards, and the faculty includes experts actively engaged in groundbreaking research. This course is the perfect opportunity to deepen my understanding and skills in Cloud Computing.鈥 

Gabor said his primary aim was to gain advanced knowledge and expertise in computing, with aspirations to contribute to innovative projects and potentially pursue an MSc. Professionally, he aims to enhance his qualifications further to secure a position in a leading company or organisation within the industry. 

鈥淥ne of the key highlights of the course was the collaborative projects with industry partners, providing invaluable real-world experience and networking opportunities,鈥 he said.  

鈥淎dditionally, the diverse cohort of students from various backgrounds enriched classroom discussions and broadened perspectives. Guest lectures from industry professionals also offered incredible insights.鈥 

During his studies, Gabor completed a challenging and rewarding research project on mobile app development. This experience allowed him to apply his academic knowledge to real-world problems and develop practical skills. 

Gabor said that balancing his academic workload with personal commitments was one of the main challenges he faced. Through effective time management, task prioritisation, and seeking support from lecturers and fellow students, he successfully overcame these hurdles, maintaining a positive attitude throughout. 

鈥淭his course provides a well-rounded education that combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience. The faculty is highly supportive, and the curriculum is designed to meet current industry demands. For anyone looking to advance their career in computing, this course offers the tools and opportunities needed for success.鈥 

Looking ahead, Gabor said he is considering further studies or certifications to continue advancing his career. In the long term, he hopes to contribute to impactful projects and eventually take on a leadership role within his field.
