What is your favourite thing about Swansea campus?

My favourite part about being on the business campus has got to be the lovely smoothies in the canteen and having Laura and Sadie as supportive and caring lectures.

Why did you choose ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø?

I chose to study at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø as I heard the student services were known to be one of the best, as well as being really interested in the joint degree in criminology and policing.

What did you enjoy outside your studies?

Outside of university I took part in volunteering as a PSV with South Wales Police. I also worked alongside my degree. As well as spending most of my free time walking or going to the gym.

What do you hope to do when you graduate?

In the future I hope to pursue a career in the police and complete the fast track to detective and then just see where it takes me from there. I hope to be able to achieve a lot in this career choice as it’s always something I have been interested in doing.

What is your favourite thing about Criminology and Policing?

The course has built my knowledge and understanding on many different aspects of policing as well as looking at the more investigative sides within criminology. Volunteering with South Wales Police has allowed me to gain more experience on the front line and be involved in many different activities.
